2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service or product was not delivered as described.

  • A technical issue caused failure to access the service.

  • Duplicate payments were made.

*Please note: Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Non-refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Services that have already been rendered.

  • Digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@globezenith.net with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
