It calculates prices from the mix of course, accommodation, weeks, peak season, campaigns and agent commission, and issues the quote on the spot. It also runs on booth terminals at study-abroad fairs.
Education and assessment
AI scores recorded English speech against CEFR, and a teacher reviews and corrects it. Includes teacher comments, learning records and an admin console.
Document automation
AI produces price lists and sales materials in Japanese, English and Traditional Chinese, and a second AI finds mismatches between versions. It also generates contract redlines and PDFs ready for signing.
Internal systems
Email, sales and the status of each business on one screen, with a morning report generated automatically. Risky actions do not run until a person approves them with a passkey.
Sales automation
From researching a company's site to writing a message for each recipient, checking it before sending and notifying you of replies. Sending limits and detection of "no sales" replies are built in.
Site migration
We moved our own media and blog to a static site with the same look and the same article URLs. We removed PHP and the admin panel, the usual entry points for attackers.
SEO and automated article operations
Topic selection, writing, checks for duplication and wording, and publishing run automatically. We verified the results in Search Console.
Social media operations
Post text and image cards are generated from article and service updates, then scheduled daily on X and note. Two weeks of posts are created and scheduled in one batch.
Video production
Script, narration and visuals are made with AI and combined with real screen recordings of the product. We produced vertical and horizontal versions, published on the sales page.
Automated fact-checking
Quotes and figures are matched against the original source by code, and anything that fails is not published. A separate AI, not the one that wrote the text, reviews it as a devil's advocate.
Conversation AI
It listens to the questions in an online interview and shows answer points in a small window, based on your own experience and the company you applied to. Audio never reaches our servers.
Conversation AI and learning
Seven AIs with different personalities debate the day's news in English, and the user can jump in at any time. Includes a dictionary, dictation and shadowing.
