AI that answers from your internal documents
It answers questions from employees and customers using your regulations, manuals, product materials and past inquiries. Every answer points to the passage it came from, and it is designed not to answer anything the documents do not say.

Real-time conversation assistant AI
It listens to the audio of online meetings and phone calls and puts the key points of an answer on screen right away, whether the other side asks a question or raises an objection. It can also be built so that no recording is kept.

Business apps
For work with many combinations that is easy to get wrong by hand, such as quotes and fee calculations based on a price list, we build apps with automated tests.

Automated article and report creation with fact-checking
Topic selection, writing, checks for duplication and wording, and publishing run automatically. It also works for internal and routine reports.

We automate company-site research, tailored messages for each recipient, safety checks before sending, and intake of replies and unsubscribe requests.

| Rights and handover | Copyright in the parts created for the project passes to you once acceptance and payment are complete. We hand over the source code, settings, admin rights and runbook. Details are set in the individual contract. |
| Acceptance | Judged against the agreed specifications and pass criteria. The acceptance period is 10 business days from delivery. |
| Cancellation and settlement | If the project is canceled midway, we invoice the hours worked so far at JPY 15,000 per hour (capped at the quoted amount) and refund the difference. Work completed up to that point is handed over. |

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can we run it ourselves after delivery?
Yes. The system runs in your own cloud account, and we hand over all source code, settings and the runbook. At delivery, we confirm together that it can be rebuilt by following the runbook.
Where are our internal documents sent?
By default, to the OpenAI or Anthropic API. Content sent through the API is not used for training under each provider's standard terms. We can also build on your own Azure OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock. Data handling
Can we stop after the proof of concept?
Yes. In that case too, we hand over the prototype's source code and the evaluation sheet.
What should we prepare before getting a quote?
An outline of the workflow, the type and volume of documents, and a rough budget and timing are enough. We look at the documents themselves only after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
